“Supporting the Arizona National Guard”
Soldiers R U.S. is proud to take an Arizona National Guard Veteran to see the Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals play on Monday Night Football. The soldier that we honored is Maygen Matson.� Her info is below:
Military Police Company from November 2004 till Feb. 2006. I was assigned to a squad that worked for both the 42nd MP BDE and the 49th MP BDE. We were PSD (Personal Security Detail) that took out higher up's who worked logistics with the Iraqi Police making sure they had enough vehicles, weapons, uniforms, etc. My squad usually went out 5-6 days a week all over Baghdad. The other days we spent working on our trucks or sometimes we would have a down day. I now work full time for the National Guard in Officer Personnel and will be going to school next summer to get an additional MOS 42A-Personnel Admin. |
